Since 1917 Lions have been helping people worldwide right from their hometowns. Today there more than 1.4 million Lions in more than 44,000 local clubs around the globe. Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization.

The Paris club was one of the first Lions Clubs formed, and as such carries the title of a "Founders" club.

Through their many activities each year, Paris Lions raise funds to support local programs as well as Lions programs in Texas and around the world.

The Paris Founders Lions Club meets each Thursday at noon in the ballroom of Paris Junior College. Guests and members of other Lions Clubs in the area are always welcome.
